The goal for today is to choose to break free from worry.
Some things will happen, and you will simply have no control over that. Sorry. I know that’s hard to hear, and some of you cannot handle that fact. To others, I am telling you, it’s time to ACCEPT THAT. Stay in the present; try not to spiral out of control. Use your ears and think about what you hear right now. Not hearing what could possibly happen in one day or two days or a week down the road. What do you hear right now? A lot of times, we start spiraling out of control because of things that we’re thinking could happen. Focus on what you see right now and what you hear right now.
Worrying about what could happen and every detail prevents you from seeing the bigger picture sometimes.
The next thing I want you to ask yourself is if an incident were to happen, how would you handle it? I believe you can accomplish whatever you put your mind to. I believe in you. You need to think you can achieve it also if you need to, and that worry will not overtake you. I am not saying don’t be prepared in life. I am saying, please don’t let fear, worry, and anxiety rule your life.
